In a rapidly evolving business landscape, ethical practices aren’t just a nice-to-have, they’re essential. The Ontario Ethical Business Network (OEBN) is a platform that highlights and supports Ontario-based companies committed to integrity, transparency, and fairness in their respective fields.
Who are We?
The Ontario Ethical Business Network is a collaborative platform that:
- Showcases Ontario businesses that prioritize ethical practices over profit
- Encourages consumer awareness and engagement with ethical companies
- Advocates for a broader adoption of transparent, sustainable practices across sectors
The Problem
Across Ontario, consumers often struggle to identify businesses they can trust. Despite regulations, some companies cut corners, exploit labor, misrepresent products, or disregard environmental and social responsibilities.
At the same time, businesses that follow the rules and operate ethically may not get the visibility they deserve. This creates an uneven playing field and discourages ethical practices.
Ontario deserves a platform that celebrates responsible businesses and helps consumers make informed choices.
Our Solution
Our Solution to this issue is to consolidate all of Ontario's top businesses that maintain ethical practices into a list, that allows people to find local businesses that represent what we deem as ethical via our criteria.
Our Core Criteria is
- Transparency in Operations:
- Clearly communicates business practices, fees, and policies to customers.
- Provides accessible information about products, services, and pricing
- Pays employees a livable wage for full time work
- Maintains fair labor practices, including safe working conditions and non-discriminatory policies.
- Fully compliant with Ontario provincial and federal regulations.
- Holds all necessary licenses and certifications.

To get your business featured all you have to do is send a direct message containing any information you feel relevant to this account @CristianP
In which we will evaluate your business and decide if you get featured or not.
If we decide to feature you we will post your business under our list which can be found at Business List | Ontario Ethical Business Network
